Its a half size also known as a minature non working lamp we used to make for presentations.

I Also have one of these, the top unscrews but the base with a wick in, seems to serve no purpose. Although it is quite weighty for a little Lamp? Do they have any Value?

Last time we sold them about 5 years ago they were £25, have a look on ebay.
